Football Table

A miniature stadium within an old dining table, relating football to the community of a family. Commissioned for Nike and SHOWstudio’s Art of Football shown in Art Basel, 2008. The stadium plan was waterjet cut into the table top and each layer was lowered down in towards the centre. An old Anglepoise lamp was used to mimic stadium floodlighting.
